The Accommodator's concept is simple. A pseudo-lifelike shaft is backed by a double strap that loops around the back of the neck and over the back of the head. The dildo sits at chin-level, so when its wearer is going down, it's in a penetrable position.
In soft rubber latex, the Accommodator cleans easily using warm soapy water or a good toy care fluid/foam and is compatible with any favourite water based lube. Straps stretch to fit most.
